Navana provides AI-powered intelligence services, including market analysis reports (Project Fiddle Stick), automated market alerts (Project Shyvana), and AI assistant services (Project Aria).

Navana is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment company in the UAE or any other jurisdiction. Our services do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make.

Navana shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services or reliance on any information provided. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses resulting from investment decisions.
If you use our outreach services (Project AXE), you agree to comply with all applicable anti-spam and data protection laws. Navana provides the technology, but you are responsible for the content and legality of your communications.
Use of Project Aria requires granting access to certain personal accounts. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access and that our access does not violate any third-party terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms.
